LEARN believes that our talent is our greatest asset and the single most important determinant in our student performance. It is our goal to create an environment on every campus in which our teachers feel supported, respected, and appreciated.

LEARN also holds quarterly Network-wide Professional Development Days to ensure teachers and staff have the opportunity to get together to share best practices and problem-solve.  We firmly believe our greatest source of future leaders lies within our wealth of existing talent, and are proud to report that last year 29 staff members were promoted across the Network.
