What is the Summer Food Service Program?The Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) provides free meals and snacks to children under 18 when school is out for the summer. How Does it Work?SFSP meals and snacks are served free at participating program sites. Sites may be located in a variety of settings, including schools, parks, community centers, libraries, apartment complexes, churches, and migrant centers. Sites may also offer enrichment opportunities for children, such as reading, physical activity, or nutrition education. |
