Chicago Public Schools (CPS) rates all charter schools annually based on several key measures of financial health. LEARN’s most recent available fiscal scorecard is linked here.
Annual Budget
LEARN’s fiscal year runs from July 1 through June 30. Our most recently audited fiscal year was FY22 (July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022).
Audited financial data for FY23 will be available in November 2023.
Standard & Poors Rating
LEARN is proud of its BBB (Stable Outlook) investment grade rating from Standard & Poors.

Stevens Amendment Statement
Currently, LEARN projects, programs and activities include those that are funded in whole or in part by the following federal programs: Title I (Various), Title II – Teacher Professional Development, Title III – Bilingual, Title IV – Science & Math, Federal Special Education IDEA, Early Childhood Development (Pre-Kindergarten), MCASP-Math, Charter School Programs (CSP) and School Child Nutrition Program.
