About LEARN D.C.
LEARN D.C. is part of the LEARN Charter School Network and is located in Washington D.C. on Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB). LEARN was selected through a rigorous process conducted by the Ward 8 Parent Operator Selection Team (POST) to select a new school that would serve children who live on Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling and the D.C. region. ALL children living in Washington, D.C. are eligible to attend our public, open-enrollment elementary school.
LEARN D.C. is currently serving grades Pre-K through 3rd grade, adding a grade level per year until the 8th grade.
A note for our military families: We proudly serve military families who are DC residents at the Joint Base Anacostia Bolling military installation. At LEARN DC, we have programs like Anchored4Life to serve military-connected students. Learn more.
